B. Transit & Handling Times
- Transit: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM EST (New York).
- Handling: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) for processing orders.
C. Carriers Shipments via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
D. Address Changes Notify us within 24 hours of ordering at support@ikmakeup.com to request an address change.
No changes possible once the order is in transit.
E. Cancellations
- Cancel anytime before dispatch.

F. Damaged Parcels
- Reject the parcel upon delivery if damaged, then contact customer service.
